Before you start, make sure you understand the basic concepts of faith informed politics that I discussed in my first blog post and in the corresponding YouTube video. Once you've got that understanding, download a copy of the worksheet and fill it out.

You might consider completing this worksheet with another person or even in a group. You should each complete your own copy, but doing it together will help your think through what you believe. Try to learn from each other. Agree to disagree. Stay humble and commit to being friends even after you talk about your different opinions.

Section 2: Advanced
In this section it’s important to consider both currently elected officials and candidates who are running for office.
What current politicians are supporting your policies?
Based on your theology or worldview, what do you agree with these politicians about?
Based on your theology or worldview, what concerns or objections do you have with these politicians?
What do you see as your role in politics? How can you help make changes? How will you promote your ideas and hold politicians accountable? Will you support or donate to a certain candidate?
